<description>MCM Management Corp., based in Bloomfield Hills, Mich., held a groundbreaking ceremony recently for a state-of-the-art recycling and transfer services facility in Waterloo, Ind. The company will construct a 40,000-square-foot recycle station and a 28,800-square-foot metal buyback facility. The company will initially hire 20 employees and plans to grow to 55 employees by 2009. Recycled materials will be used as much as possible throughout the construction of this project.
